Mechanical Drafter – Data Center Cooling

About the role

We are seeking a Mechanical Drafter to create accurate 2D and 3D drawings and support CFD modelling for data‑center cooling projects. The role will work closely with engineers and project teams to ensure design integrity throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and revise 2D/3D mechanical drawings using AutoCAD, including General Arrangement, installation and as‑built drawings for cooling systems.
• Develop customer submission drawings and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Assist engineers in building CFD models for airflow simulations to optimise cooling performance.
• Update drawings promptly based on engineering changes and site conditions.
• Manage drawing revisions and document control processes.
• Coordinate with project engineers, sales engineers and factories to verify drawing accuracy.
• Provide additional drafting support to engineering and project teams as required.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Drafting or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years drafting experience, preferably in HVAC or M&E projects.
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized and able to work independently.
