Mechanical & Electrical Engineer – Paya Lebar

About the role

The Integrated Facilities Management arm of Surbana Jurong is seeking a Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Engineer to support the Building Manager in ensuring smooth operation and maintenance of all M&E systems at our exclusive client site in Paya Lebar. You will be involved in planning, technical evaluation, execution and defect resolution for M&E projects.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for all M&E matters and oversee hard services as per contract.
• Monitor and optimise energy consumption, implement smart building technologies and renewable energy solutions to meet GreenGov 2030 targets.
• Plan, supervise installation, refurbishment or replacement of M&E systems while ensuring minimal disruption.
• Provide technical advice, condition assessments and coordinate with tenants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Manage contractor performance, quotations, monthly reporting and timely resolution of defects.

Required profile

• Diploma in Mechanical and/or Electrical Engineering with 10‑15 years relevant experience.
• NITEC holder with extensive engineering expertise considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
