Medical Representative – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

Servier Singapore is seeking a motivated Medical Representative to promote its ethical pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals. You will be responsible for driving sales within an assigned territory while ensuring high‑quality interactions and continuous medical education for clinicians.

Key responsibilities

• Drive sales and activity targets in the assigned territory in line with company objectives.
• Perform territory analysis to identify growth opportunities and develop key opinion leaders (KOLs).
• Establish and nurture strong relationships with healthcare stakeholders.
• Leverage digital tools and an omnichannel approach to enhance engagements.
• Execute and monitor the omnichannel sales and marketing plan.
• Plan actions based on the allocated budget and report results.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned by the manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a medical sales representative or in a similar role.
• Proactive, self‑driven and enthusiastic about learning.
• Strong passion for sales and marketing with a proven track record of achieving targets.
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion and resilience.
• Effective communication skills.
