Membership Sales Executive

About the role

The Membership Sales Executive will provide on‑site support at a premium hotel partner’s dining venues, acting as the main point of contact for hotel members. Reporting to TouchPoint’s senior management and working closely with the hotel’s F&B director, the role blends member service with sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the hotel member base by onboarding new members and meeting sales targets.
• Deliver a pleasant on‑site experience and assist members with any membership queries.
• Collaborate with the hotel F&B team to ensure memorable member experiences.
• Stay updated on hotel events and promotions to enhance member recognition.
• Maintain regular communication with TouchPoint and hotel management, reporting on KPIs.
• Assist in planning, executing, and hosting member events at the hotel.
• Attend scheduled hotel F&B meetings as required.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English; Mandarin is a plus.
• Experience in service, hospitality, or sales is preferred.
• Availability to work on‑site Wednesday to Sunday, 12 pm – 9 pm.

• Monthly salary ranging from SGD 3,500 to SGD 5,000.
