Merchant Liaison Officer – Part‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic Merchant Liaison Officer to join our team on a part‑time basis. The role involves managing collections, handling billing queries and providing support to our network of merchants across Southeast Asia. You must be well‑organized, flexible and able to deliver results in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

Key responsibilities

• Make collection calls and send emails to follow up on outstanding receivables from merchants.
• Handle billing‑related queries from merchants, or refer them to the appropriate department for resolution.
• Chase collections and resolve queries with merchants promptly.
• Perform ad‑hoc duties as required to support the merchant operations team.

Required profile

• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin.
• Attention to detail and thoroughness in all tasks.
• Ability to work quickly and independently with a high level of integrity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Immediate availability or short‑notice start is highly desirable.
