Middle Office Analyst

About the role

This full‑time on‑site position supports investor onboarding, fund operations, service‑provider coordination and issue management for a Singapore‑based fund services firm. The analyst ensures compliance with fund policies, collaborates with team members, and delivers accurate reporting to maintain operational integrity.

Key responsibilities

• Support investor onboarding, collecting KYC and documentation in line with compliance requirements.
• Assist core fund operations such as NAV review, cash control, governance procedures and investment monitoring.
• Liaise with external providers—including legal counsel, tax advisors, administrators, valuers and auditors—to ensure smooth operations and regulatory compliance.
• Act as escalation point for fund‑related issues, coordinating approvals with licensed fund managers and directors.
• Provide ad‑hoc administrative, operational and reporting support as required by fund directors.

Required profile

• Good team player with an excellent working attitude.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, financial products and accounting fundamentals.
• Analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Effective time‑management and strong communication/interpersonal skills.
• Diploma in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates without direct experience are welcome to apply.
