Middle School Grade Secretary

About the role

UWCSEA East is seeking a dedicated Middle School Grade Secretary to support the smooth operation of its middle school community. You will act as a key liaison between students, parents, and staff, ensuring that daily administrative processes run efficiently and that the school environment remains welcoming and safe.

Key responsibilities

• Provide front‑desk service and clear communication for students, parents, and staff.
• Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Vice Principal, Heads of Grade, mentors, and teaching staff.
• Assist in organizing school events and grade‑level activities.
• Implement daily grade administrative procedures, including attendance tracking, record keeping, and locker management.
• Maintain accurate data entry within the college’s database system.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma qualification.
• At least 3 years of secretarial or administrative experience.
• Highly organized, meticulous, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Mac OS platforms.
• Experience using collaborative software and database entry tools.
