Mobile Developer – React Native (Singapore)

About the role

We are a Singapore‑based software consulting firm looking for an experienced Mobile Developer with strong React Native skills. You will work independently while receiving support from a results‑driven, creative team that values ownership and timely delivery of high‑quality products.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain mobile applications using React Native.
• Take full ownership of app modules, including testing, performance optimisation, and maintenance.
• Collaborate on API design and integration with backend teams.
• Lead discussions on mobile architecture focusing on scalability and maintainability.
• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and stay updated on mobile development best practices.
• Engage with business and technical stakeholders to ensure applications meet user and business expectations.

Required profile

• Singapore citizen or permanent resident (no visa sponsorship).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on React Native mobile development experience.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written) and strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in an agile environment.

Required skills

• React Native, iOS, Android development.
• RESTful APIs, JSON, third‑party libraries.
• JavaScript / TypeScript.
• Performance optimisation, asynchronous programming.
• Version control (Git/GitHub).
• Knowledge of native iOS/Android (Swift/Kotlin) and other frameworks (Flutter) is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
