About the role

Applied Materials is seeking a Non‑Technical Project/Program Manager to support specific project and program objectives within its Singapore operations. The role focuses on planning, tracking, and delivering projects that meet product, process, cost, and schedule requirements while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Support project and program objectives, including outcome definition, milestone planning, viability studies, and resource planning.
• Ensure projects are completed according to product/process specifications, cost targets, resource utilization, and timelines.
• Document all phases of project, program, and process development and disseminate information to relevant functional areas.
• Maintain compliance with engineering lab notebook policies, patents, confidentiality, and safety requirements.
• Undertake studies of new technologies and support data collection for materials and financial resources.

Required profile

• Demonstrated conceptual knowledge in the discipline with a broadening of capabilities.
• Understanding of key business drivers and ability to apply this knowledge to work.
• Provides informal guidance to new team members without formal supervisory responsibilities.
