NPI & Supply Chain Execution Specialist - APAC

About the role

The NPI & Supply Chain Execution Specialist will own end‑to‑end visibility of new product introductions across APAC, translating market requirements into actionable launch plans. This role bridges product development, regulatory, and supply chain teams to ensure timely, compliant roll‑outs.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain regional pipeline visibility, tracking launch dates, lead times, dependencies and market readiness.
• Act as operational liaison between product development and APAC markets, creating localized product briefs.
• Identify and propose formulation or packaging localisation needs for each market.
• Define, monitor and govern the cross‑functional critical path for each launch, including brief sign‑off, procurement, equipment readiness and regulatory clearance.
• Facilitate stage‑gate reviews, enforce submission deadlines and manage escalation protocols.
• Coordinate equipment qualification, certification alignment (KC, SNI/TISI, SIRIM) and market rollout.
• Translate launch plans into supply signals – initial buy sizing, buffer stock, MOQ and safety stock.
• Manage LTO lifecycle, SKU conversion to core range and post‑launch inventory health.
• Track regulatory milestones and maintain a consolidated APAC regulatory reference guide.
• Lead post‑launch performance reviews and drive continuous improvement of launch processes.

Required profile

• Professional experience in NPI execution, launch project management or regional supply chain operations within F&B, QSR, FMCG or consumer goods.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross‑functional launch critical paths.
• Familiarity with APAC food product and equipment certification requirements (Halal, KC, SNI, TISI, SIRIM).
• Strong understanding of demand sizing, lead‑time dynamics, MOQs and stock depletion planning.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate across diverse regional teams without direct authority.
• Willingness to travel across APAC markets as operational launches require.
