Nurse Clinician – ICU (Cardiac) – Singapore

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Clinician to join a private acute hospital’s ICU in Singapore. The role focuses on high‑acuity cardiac and cardiothoracic patients, requiring strong clinical expertise and coordination of multidisciplinary care.

Key responsibilities

• Manage ventilated patients and perform continuous hemodynamic monitoring.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary case plans for cardiac surgery, CABG, IABP and post‑operative cardiac patients.
• Lead training, mentoring and competency development for nursing staff.
• Conduct audits, develop SOPs and drive quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Support occasional operational coverage while maintaining a 5‑day work week.

Required profile

• Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Currently residing in Singapore; Singapore citizens or PRs preferred.
• Prior ICU experience in a Singapore acute hospital, especially cardiac/cardiothoracic units.
• Demonstrated ability to manage high‑acuity, multidisciplinary cases.
