Nurse Clinician

About the role

You will be responsible for all activities related to patient care in the ward, ensuring optimal resource use and high‑quality, safe, cost‑efficient care. You will also supervise nurses’ clinical activities and uphold professional standards and ethical codes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all patient‑care activities within the ward.
• Manage resources to maintain high‑quality, safe, and cost‑effective care.
• Supervise nurses’ clinical patient‑care activities.
• Ensure adherence to professional standards and codes of ethics.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to support patient outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor of Nursing; postgraduate qualifications in Gerontology, Orthopaedic, Neuroscience, Palliative Care or Community Nursing preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of hospital experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Valid Registered Nurse practising certificate issued by the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Valid Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification.
• Willingness to work shifts and be deployed across two SingHealth Community Hospital sites.
