Nurse Educator

About the role

The Nurse Educator will lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of evidence‑based educational programs for nursing staff across Singapore. This senior position works closely with nursing leadership and external partners to ensure training aligns with national health priorities and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver evidence‑based educational programs and orientation sessions for new hires.
• Maintain and update curriculum in compliance with Ministry of Health regulations.
• Provide hands‑on clinical supervision and training to ensure high‑quality patient care.
• Facilitate case discussions, simulations, and workshops to foster critical thinking.
• Mentor nursing staff, supporting professional development and certification pursuits.
• Analyse feedback and performance data to refine educational initiatives.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, government agencies, and external partners.
• Represent the education department in meetings, committees, and professional forums.
• Prepare reports and presentations on program outcomes for stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN); advanced certificates required, Master’s preferred.
• Current RN license recognized by the Singapore Nursing Board.
• Certification in Nurse Education or related advanced training is an advantage.
• Proven experience in nursing education or staff development.
