About the role

The Nurse Manager leads the nursing team to ensure the highest quality of patient care while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations. Reporting to the COO and Medical Director, this role balances clinical excellence with operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee concierge services to deliver personalized, high‑touch care and maximize patient satisfaction.
• Monitor clinical operations, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain accurate documentation, and implement infection‑control measures.
• Lead, schedule, and supervise nursing staff, conduct performance evaluations, and support professional development.
• Optimize resources and workflows to improve cost‑effectiveness and patient outcomes.
• Drive recruitment, onboarding, mentorship, and continuous education for nursing personnel.
• Coordinate with physicians and other providers to streamline clinical workflows and manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
