About the role
Our client, a leading organization in Singapore, is seeking a qualified Nurse Manager to lead clinical operations. The position is based in the central area with easy access to public transport.
Key responsibilities
- Drive initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, service excellence and innovation in care models.
- Supervise personalized care programs and services customized to individual patient needs.
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations to ensure smooth and high-quality patient care.
- Maintain high nursing standards and optimize clinical workflows to ensure consistent service excellence.
- Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare teams to support integrated care and achieve the best possible patient outcomes.
