Occupational Health and Safety Professional

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Health and Safety Professional to lead our Group’s Workplace Safety & Health (TWSH) strategy. You will be responsible for shaping safety governance, ensuring compliance, and fostering a proactive safety culture across all operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Group TWSH strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Establish and maintain Group-wide safety policies, standards, and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Advise senior management on safety governance, compliance, and risk mitigation.
• Monitor safety performance, KPIs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead enterprise‑wide risk assessments, safe work procedures, permit‑to‑work systems, and high‑risk operation reviews.
• Conduct incident investigations, root‑cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Promote occupational health programs and employee well‑being initiatives.
• Manage regulatory audits, inspections, and stakeholder relationships.
• Mentor and develop the Group TWSH team to build internal expertise.

Required profile

• Degree in Occupational Safety & Health, Engineering, Environmental Management or related field.
• Registered Workplace Safety & Health Officer (WSHO) and Specialist Diploma in WSH or equivalent.
• Minimum 12 years of relevant safety experience, including at least 5 years in a senior safety leadership role.
• Proven track record of implementing ISO 45001 and leading safety governance at a group level.

Required skills

• ISO 45001 implementation and audit expertise.
• WSHO certification.
• Fire Safety Manager, ECMO, ECO or related safety certifications.
