Occupational Therapist – Community Integration Service

About the role
We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our Community Integration Service (CIS) team. You will work within a trans‑disciplinary Allied Health team to help children and youth with physical disabilities participate fully in school and community life.
Key responsibilities
- Assess individual client needs and design personalised therapy programmes.
- Deliver one‑on‑one and group intervention sessions, including home‑based visits.
- Collaborate with speech therapists, physiotherapists, social workers and other professionals involved in the client’s care.
- Coordinate with caregivers, educators and community partners to facilitate holistic development.
- Refer clients to specialist services when required.
- Organise and lead group activities that promote community integration.
- Potentially supervise senior therapists as part of the AHPC supervisory function.
Required profile
- Recognised Degree in Occupational Therapy (as listed on the Singapore AHPC website).
- Fully registered with the Allied Health Professions Council of Singapore.
- Prior experience working with paediatric populations is preferred.
- Team‑player attitude and adaptability to community‑based settings.
