Occupational Therapist (Full‑Time)

About the role

The Occupational Therapist will join V‑Elegant’s senior care network, providing assessment and therapeutic services at the Woodlands, Khatib & Care Light Senior Care Centre. This full‑time contract role focuses on enhancing clients’ daily living abilities, cognitive function and overall independence.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct initial, routine and ad‑hoc occupational therapy assessments.
• Develop individualized therapy and rehabilitation plans.
• Provide interventions targeting activities of daily living, cognitive function and functional independence.
• Recommend and prescribe adaptive equipment as needed.
• Deliver individual and group therapy programmes.
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
• Train clients, caregivers and therapy staff on ADL facilitation.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent).
• Full AHPC registration with a valid practising certificate.
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant OT experience.
• Experience in senior care, rehabilitation or community care is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and documentation abilities.
• Willingness to work across assigned senior care centre locations.
