About the role
We are looking for an Office Administrator who will support both purchasing and human‑resources functions within our operations. The role combines procurement administration, inventory monitoring and HR duties related to our factory‑converted dormitory.
Key responsibilities
- Create, issue and monitor purchase orders and delivery orders, maintaining accurate records and filing.
- Communicate with suppliers, manage relationships and keep pricing records up to date.
- Assist in stock forecasting, procurement, inventory control and cost monitoring.
- Liaise with project teams on equipment and material requirements and track movement of machines and equipment between sites.
- Maintain the punch log for equipment transfers and perform any ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the Logistics Manager.
- Handle registration and deregistration of residents in the factory‑converted dormitory, coordinating with dormitory operators on disciplinary matters.
- Conduct monthly inspections of the dormitory together with HR personnel and manage welfare supplies such as dispensers, stationery and water.
- Perform any additional ad‑hoc duties related to HR and logistics as required.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of experience in procurement, preferably within the construction sector.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize under tight deadlines and solve problems effectively.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
