About the role
8x8 is looking for an Office Coordinator to manage day‑to‑day office operations and provide administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team in Singapore. This full‑time, onsite position ensures a safe, functional, and well‑maintained workplace while supporting staff and visitors.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee facilities operations, including meeting‑room scheduling, office repairs, and health & safety compliance.
- Manage visitor reception, courier services, and document signing processes.
- Coordinate new‑employee onboarding tasks such as access‑card distribution and welcome kits.
- Procure and stock daily office supplies, pantry items, and manage break‑room logistics.
- Arrange transport and travel logistics for visiting executives.
- Process facilities‑related contracts and payments.
- Support the General Manager and Senior Leadership Team with calendar planning, event coordination, and presentation preparation.
- Collaborate with IT and HR for backup support and staff engagement activities.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross‑functional team.
