Office Facilities Manager

About the role

The Office and Facilities Manager ensures safe and efficient operation of the workplace, handling daily administration, facility maintenance, safety support, vendor coordination, and employee facility requests. The role also drives workplace improvement and office setup projects.

Key responsibilities

• Support office setup, space planning, and workplace improvement projects, coordinating schedules, contractors, deliveries and installations.
• Monitor project progress, costs and defects, escalating issues as needed.
• Coordinate facility maintenance, conduct routine inspections and ensure emergency exits, safety equipment and first‑aid supplies are accessible.
• Manage service providers for cleaning, security, pest control, maintenance, repairs and pantry services, monitoring performance and contract renewals.
• Oversee office administration tasks such as stationery, pantry supplies, meeting‑room coordination, access cards, mail handling and onboarding/off‑boarding logistics.

Required profile

• Diploma or equivalent qualification in Facilities Management, Business Administration, Building Services, Workplace Safety and Health, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in office administration, facilities coordination or workplace operations, preferably with office relocation or fit‑out projects.
