职位概况

负责RIGOL Technologies新加坡海外总部的整体建设与运营，统筹15-20人的专业团队及技术实验室，推动全球技术解决方案落地。

主要职责

筹建并管理新加坡总部组织架构、预算及合规运营。
搭建并领导15-20人的跨领域技术团队，制定人才培养与绩效考核体系。
主导全球重点行业的顶层测试解决方案设计，整合全产品线资源。
负责全球技术培训、行业展会及高端客户交流，提供技术赋能。
跟踪行业前沿技术，输出产品优化与新品立项建议。

任职要求

电子、通信、测控、自动化等理工科本科及以上学历。
10年以上测试测量行业经验，5年以上跨国总部或技术管理经验。
熟悉新加坡外资企业法规，有新加坡运营经验者优先。
具备系统级方案设计能力，能够从零搭建技术团队和实验室。

必备技能

示波器、频谱仪、信号源、矢量网络分析仪等主流测试仪器操作能力。
射频通信、快速数字、功率电子、半导体、EMC任一细分领域专业知识。
Python、MATLAB、LabVIEW等自动化测试工具。
