职位概况
负责公司在中国境外的商标及其他知识产权布局、维护与风险管控，提供全流程支持并解答业务部门的日常咨询。
主要职责
- 规划并执行境外商标及知识产权布局与维护。
- 监测、收集、整理公司所有商标及知识产权信息。
- 完成境外商标查询、申请、驳回复审、异议等工作。
- 提供商标维权打假及全流程支持。
- 解答业务部门关于知识产权的咨询。
任职要求
- 法律本科及以上学历，已通过法律职业资格考试。
- 精通跨国商标管理及相关法律法规。
- 三年以上商标领域从业经验，具备跨国商标管理经验。
必备技能
- 跨国商标查询与申请操作。
- 商标驳回复审与异议处理。
- 知识产权信息收集与整理。
