职位概况

负责在暖通空调及智能楼宇领域开拓并维护业务，推动项目从线索获取到交付完成，实现销售目标。

主要职责

挖掘并开发 HVAC 与建筑技术行业的新商机。
主动联系承包商、顾问、开发商、业主及终端用户，建立并维护关键决策人关系。
进行产品演示、商务谈判、投标报价及合同签订。
了解项目需求，提供合适的 MBT 解决方案并跟进项目进度。
收集市场情报，监控竞争对手动态，维护销售预测与管道报告。

任职要求

大专或以上学历，专业涉及商务、工程、机械或建筑服务等相关领域。
至少3年商务拓展、项目销售或 B2B 销售经验，熟悉 HVAC、空调、建筑技术或工程行业。
熟练使用中英文进行口头和书面沟通。
