Omni Channel/Retail Manager

About the role

The Omni‑Channel/Retail Manager will support the General Manager/Director in aligning the company’s physical stores with its digital sales channels. This internship offers hands‑on experience in retail operations, e‑commerce platform management, and cross‑functional collaboration to deliver a seamless customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily retail store operations, monitor sales performance, KPIs and ensure high standards of customer service.
• Manage visual merchandising, product presentation and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Administer the company’s e‑commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify), including product catalogue, pricing, promotions and website content.
• Develop and execute strategies to boost online traffic, conversion rates and overall sales.
• Coordinate integration between online and offline channels such as Click & Collect, in‑store fulfilment and returns.
• Analyse sales data, identify trends and recommend actions to improve revenue and profitability.
• Support inventory planning, stock replenishment, order processing and warehouse coordination.
• Handle customer escalations, loyalty programmes and service recovery initiatives.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales and performance data.
• Detail‑oriented and capable of managing multiple retail and digital touchpoints simultaneously.
• Proactive problem‑solver who can address operational issues and customer concerns promptly.
• Team player comfortable collaborating with retail, marketing, finance and logistics teams.

Required skills

• Shopify (or similar e‑commerce platform) administration.
• E‑commerce platform management and product catalogue handling.
• Sales data analysis and KPI monitoring.
• Inventory management and stock replenishment planning.
• Order processing and warehouse coordination.
• Customer relationship management tools.
