About the role
The One Deals Off‑Cycle Internship gives you the chance to work alongside PwC Deals professionals on real client engagements, gaining hands‑on experience across the deal lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct research on companies, industries and transactions using PwC tools and databases.
- Support deal‑related analyses and prepare project deliverables.
- Develop problem‑solving, critical‑thinking and presentation skills through active participation in engagements.
Required profile
- Currently enrolled in a university degree program.
- Available for a six‑month off‑cycle internship from January to June 2026.
- Strong analytical mindset and interest in finance, valuations, M&A or related areas.
