About the role

The Operation Executive will support our logistics team in managing daily warehouse activities and ensuring smooth shipment processing. This position reports to middle management and works closely with other operational staff.

Key responsibilities

Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics operations.
Maintain accurate records in the computer warehouse system.
Prepare and submit Tradnet documentation as required.
Ensure compliance with transportation regulations and company policies.
Provide coverage on Sundays when needed.

Required profile

Minimum 5 years of experience in a logistics company.
Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
Willingness to work on Sundays if required.
Valid Class 3 Driving License with at least 3 years of driving experience.

Required skills

Computer warehouse system knowledge
Tradnet submission experience (minimum 3 years)
Class 3 Driving License
