Operation Executive (Marketing & Operations)

About the role

The Operation Executive will support both marketing and day‑to‑day operational activities for a fast‑growing brand in Singapore. You will act as the bridge between external vendors, internal teams and customers, ensuring brand consistency and smooth operational flow.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve marketing vendor concepts, copy, imagery and video for monthly social media cycles.
• Coordinate filming days, product preparation and provide input on advertising themes and cost‑saving opportunities.
• Respond to customer enquiries via Instagram, WhatsApp and the company CRM, escalating when needed.
• Manage product photography shoots, upload images and product data to the website catalogue.
• Handle ad‑hoc operational tasks such as monitoring packaging supplies and arranging replenishment.
• Conduct Ministry of Law screening, due‑diligence checks and submit cash transaction reports to the Singapore Police Force as required.
• Perform additional tasks assigned by the Managing Director.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency.
• Excellent communication skills for vendor coordination and customer engagement.
• Familiarity with Singapore compliance requirements under the Ministry of Law is an advantage.
• Class 3 Driving Licence is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
• Experience reviewing digital content (copy, graphics, video) for brand alignment.
• Basic knowledge of social media analytics.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and website content management.

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from SGD 3,200 to SGD 3,800.
