About the role
We are seeking an experienced Operation Manager/Supervisor to lead and coordinate daily warehousing activities. The role involves implementing production, productivity, quality and customer service standards to achieve required volume within set time limits.
Key responsibilities
- Lead a team of warehouse assistants in daily operations.
- Ensure all incoming goods are received correctly and in good condition.
- Conduct weekly and monthly stock takes and prepare inventory reports.
- Maintain smooth store operations and housekeeping standards.
- Perform any other ad‑hoc duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Experienced Operation Manager/Supervisor with ability to oversee and coordinate daily warehousing activities.
- Proven capability to implement production, productivity, quality and customer service standards to meet volume targets within time limits.
