Operation Support Officer – MOE Secondary School

About the role

We are looking for a reliable, proactive and physically fit Operation Support Officer to assist the daily functioning of a Ministry of Education (MOE) secondary school located near Woodlands MRT. Working closely with the school leadership team, you will help maintain a safe, clean and well‑organised learning environment for staff and students.

Key responsibilities

• Support the daily operational needs of the school, including opening and securing classrooms, offices, gates and windows.
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas, equipment and workspaces.
• Provide logistical support for school events, examinations and activities, such as setting up and moving furniture and equipment.
• Assist in transporting, arranging and stocking supplies, materials and inventory.
• Offer relief coverage for other Operation Support Officers when required.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by authorised school personnel.

Required profile

• PSLE or equivalent qualification.
• Ability to communicate effectively with staff, students and visitors.
• Medically fit and comfortable performing physical duties.
• Responsible, punctual and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
