Operations Assistant – Coordination between Vietnam & China factories

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Assistant to support end‑to‑end coordination between our overseas factories in Vietnam and China and international clients. The role ensures production schedules, delivery timelines, and client communications are managed accurately and professionally in a fast‑paced, cross‑border environment.

Key responsibilities

• Liaise closely with manufacturing teams in Vietnam and China on production orders, schedules, and operational queries.
• Plan, track, and manage production and delivery timelines to ensure on‑time fulfilment to international clients.
• Coordinate multiple orders and shipments concurrently, ensuring accuracy in documentation and delivery details.
• Handle written communication with overseas clients and internal stakeholders professionally via email and reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in operations, supply chain, logistics, or production coordination.
• Experience managing multiple orders, deliveries, or production timelines in a structured environment.
• Strong written communication skills for professional email correspondence with international clients.
• Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working across different time zones and cultures.

• Proficiency with basic office tools such as email, spreadsheets, and documentation systems.
