Operations & Client Relations Executive (Basic + Incentive)

About the role

Fuku is looking for a full-time Operations & Client Relations Executive in Singapore. The role covers recruitment advertising, candidate sourcing, client onboarding and relationship building, with performance-based incentives.

Key responsibilities

• Draft and post job ads on social media and other recruitment platforms
• Find and engage candidates, members and clients by phone, networking, referrals, job fairs and other channels
• Walk new members through registration, job requirements, payments, benefits and onboarding
• Learn clients' manpower needs, work schedules and requirements
• Pair candidates with suitable openings using the automated matching system
• Interview and evaluate candidates on duties, grooming standards, salary expectations, benefits and overall fit
• Nurture relationships with current and potential clients and keep them in touch so hiring and placement runs smoothly
• Meet individual and team targets

Required profile

• Dependable, responsible and service-focused mindset
• Readiness to learn and keep up in a fast-paced setting
• Results-driven approach with motivation to hit targets
• Comfortable working onsite and visiting clients' offices when needed
• Available by phone after regular hours when required
• Willing to work weekends when rostered (two rest days per week)
