Operations Director

About the role

We are seeking an inspiring Operations Director to lead the IEA Operations function, ensuring the right flow of goods to customers and aligning the organisation with the company’s strategic plans.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the IEA Operations strategy in line with the overall business plan.
• Drive team motivation, culture and talent development, building a strong succession pipeline.
• Represent IEA within APAC Operations networks, aligning regional planning with local execution.
• Lead the Demand Planning team, own the local S&OP process and manage safety stock, inventory lifecycle and forecasting metrics.
• Promote collaborative customer forecasting, oversee customer flow of goods planning and optimise inventory levels.
• Lead the Customer Service team to ensure efficient order processing and delivery.
• Build partnerships with local customers and vendors, linking supply‑chain developments to customer needs.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in operations or supply‑chain management.
• Strong commercial foresight and ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Excellent cross‑functional collaboration skills, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance and other departments.
• Track record of developing talent and fostering a high‑performance culture.
