About the role

The Operations Executive will support bunker‑related ship position updates and ensure smooth day‑to‑day commercial activities. You will act as a liaison between internal teams, vendors, and clients, providing timely information on ship movements, personnel, and fleet changes.

Key responsibilities

Prepare and update ship position information for bunker operations.
Manage daily operational tasks and coordinate with vendors to maintain efficient commercial processes.
Communicate updates on ship activities, crew assignments, and fleet modifications to clients.

Required profile

Diploma or higher qualification.
Minimum of 2 years experience in ship or maritime operations.
