Operations Executive (Changi Airport)

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Executive to oversee manpower and daily site activities at Changi Airport, ensuring smooth operations and high client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit and deploy workers and supervisors for existing and new sites.
• Provide clear instruction and manage on‑site manpower to deliver daily operations.
• Plan and schedule rosters based on available staff.
• Resolve operational ground issues promptly as they arise.
• Handle client complaints and respond to emergency calls.
• Meet client expectations and maintain strong customer relations.
• Coach and guide direct reports on work‑related matters.
• Maintain performance standards in line with contract requirements.
• Conduct inspections, evaluate staff work, and implement corrective actions.
• Perform any additional duties, including hands‑on tasks, as required.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma holder.
• 2–3 years of hands‑on experience in manpower management (preferred).
• Willingness to work six days a week, including public holidays and last‑minute assignments.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Positive attitude and ability to work independently or within a team.
