Operations Executive

About the role

We are seeking an Operations Executive to oversee the daily operations of our medical centre in Singapore. The position ensures that services are delivered safely, efficiently and in compliance with regulatory standards while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day centre operations to guarantee smooth and safe service delivery.
• Oversee preventive, corrective and ad‑hoc maintenance by liaising with contractors and vendors.
• Conduct routine facility inspections, monitor contractor performance and ensure infrastructure remains functional.
• Support operational projects such as infrastructure setup, system implementation and readiness activities.
• Track operational issues, maintenance activities and key performance indicators, preparing regular reports for management.
• Maintain accurate documentation related to maintenance, operations and projects.
• Identify process‑improvement opportunities and assist in implementing enhancements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Engineering.
• Strong logical thinking and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and meticulousness.
• Customer‑service orientation with effective phone and email communication.
• Ability to work independently with a proactive approach to operational improvement.
• Hands‑on, team‑oriented attitude requiring minimal supervision.
• Previous experience in healthcare or medical settings is an advantage but not mandatory.
