Operations Executive – Retail Operations

About the role

The Operations Executive will support the backend retail operations of Sincere Watch Limited, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day processes across our boutique network in Singapore. You will act as a liaison between vendors, internal teams and store outlets, handling documentation, stock management and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Support backend retail operations and maintain the in‑house system for daily activities.
• Prepare quotations, invoices and coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders.
• Perform data entry, filing and generate regular data reports.
• Monitor and replenish outlet maintenance supplies and store amenities.
• Handle email enquiries on stock allocation and track sales leads.
• Compile monthly sell‑out reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Disseminate brand department information to all outlets.
• Manage purchase orders and incoming stock in line with brand guidelines.
• Conduct physical audits in boutiques to ensure compliance with Retail Operations SOPs.
• Undertake ad‑hoc duties as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in retail or operations.
• Diploma or degree holder.
• Strong written and spoken English.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and multitask.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
