Operations & Logistics Executive – Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Operations & Logistics Executive to manage end‑to‑end order fulfilment for a growing importer of premium Spanish food products. You will act as the bridge between customers, suppliers and logistics partners, ensuring smooth delivery and high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Process customer orders from receipt to final delivery, maintaining excellent service.
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, warehouses and logistics partners.
• Monitor international shipments, resolve logistics issues, and manage import and customs documentation.
• Plan and schedule deliveries, track inventory levels and support stock replenishment.
• Prepare purchase orders, invoices and other operational paperwork.
• Support basic accounting, administrative tasks and maintain accurate operational records.
• Collaborate closely with the sales team to meet customer requirements.
• Identify and suggest improvements to operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Trade or related field.
• Applicants from the Career Conversion Programme (CCP) are encouraged to apply.
• Previous experience in logistics, import/export, supply chain or related administrative roles is an advantage.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and comfortable working in a fast‑paced SME environment.
• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
