Operations Management Leader – Development Program

About the role

The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is a full‑time, 18‑month rotational program designed to fast‑track experienced manufacturing and engineering professionals into senior operations leadership. Based in Singapore, participants rotate through critical functions such as demand planning, manufacturing operations, engineering, and quality, gaining hands‑on ownership of operational initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Own and lead critical operational initiatives across manufacturing and engineering functions.
• Deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality, on‑time delivery, and safety.
• Lead cross‑functional, multicultural teams through ambiguity and change.
• Translate tactical and strategic priorities into executable operational plans.

Required profile

• 5+ years of professional experience with a strong performance record.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering or a technical discipline.
• Demonstrated managerial or team‑leadership experience.
• Background in manufacturing, engineering, semiconductor, or adjacent industries.
• Strong business acumen and executive communication skills.
