Operations Management Manager

About the role

Applied Materials seeks an Operations Management Manager to lead production planning, resource utilization, and continuous improvement initiatives for its semiconductor equipment manufacturing in Singapore. The role partners with senior leadership to align operational development with business goals while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and teamwork.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and monitor production metrics, budgets, and plant capacity, initiating corrective actions as needed.
• Plan, schedule, and control project timelines to ensure on‑time delivery of products.
• Optimize resource utilization to minimize costs while meeting customer delivery commitments.
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects, driving Lean, 5S, safety, and quality enhancements.
• Identify and implement new technologies to improve cycle time, efficiency, and profitability.
