Operations Manager – Commercial & Environmental

About the role

The Operations Manager (Commercial and Environmental) will lead the overall direction of our cleaning and environmental services across Singapore. Reporting to the board, you will translate strategic goals into actionable plans, mentor senior staff and represent the company with clients, investors and partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and promote organisational core values and strategic plans.
• Lead and mentor management teams, driving succession planning and employee engagement.
• Drive business growth, market visibility and oversee budget planning.
• Represent the organisation in client meetings and promote its brand.
• Oversee policy development, contingency planning and crisis response.
• Manage client relationships and strategic plans to enhance partnerships.
• Coordinate cleaning services, ensure safety compliance, review daily reports and handle on‑site incidents.
• Recruit and allocate manpower, cover staffing gaps and perform hands‑on cleaning when required.
• Manage inventory, equipment and maintenance schedules.
