Operations Supervisor – Cleaning Services

About the role

The Operations Supervisor will ensure smooth daily operations for our cleaning sites across Ang Mo Kio and Bishan. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will combine site supervision with logistical support, driving to locations, handling equipment, and addressing client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Drive to assigned cleaning sites each day, following scheduled routes.
• Unload and distribute cleaning equipment, supplies, and tools.
• Conduct site inspections and manage on‑site office scheduling.
• Collect and resolve customer feedback and complaints.
• Maintain accurate logs, reports, and documentation in English.
• Assist with daily cleaning duties when required.

Required profile

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence, capable of operating a van.
• Minimum 2 years of driving experience, preferably in delivery or service roles.
• Physically able to lift and carry cleaning equipment.
• Proficient reading and writing in English.
• Willingness to work early mornings, weekends, or public holidays as needed.

• Clean driving record.
• Clear communication with site customers.
