About the role

We are looking for a proactive Supervisor to oversee daily business operations across Singapore. The role involves ensuring standards are met, reporting performance, and handling issues promptly.

Key responsibilities

Provide daily, weekly and monthly operational reports.
Create and implement standards while holding team members accountable.
Oversee business activities and ensure smooth operations.
May be assigned to work night shifts as needed.
Resolve issues and disputes, and support multi‑tasking and timely reporting.

Required profile

Independent and fast learner with strong problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to multi‑task and perform timely reporting.
