Organisational Excellence Manager – SAF Training Institutes

About the role

The Singapore Armed Forces is seeking a Manager to design, develop, and maintain an organisational excellence framework for its Training Institutes. You will work closely with personnel across all ranks to monitor performance, analyse data, and drive continuous improvement using technology and Generative AI.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with SAF Training Institute staff to support data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Monitor implementation progress of the excellence framework and provide guidance where needed.
• Research, review, and update the framework to keep it relevant and effective.
• Leverage Generative AI and other technologies to enhance data analysis and framework deployment.
• Develop valid and reliable measurement tools for framework sub‑components.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of relevant experience (candidates with no experience may also apply).
• Strong knowledge of statistics, data analytics, and data visualisation.
• Familiarity with practical applications of Generative AI in an organisational setting.
• Excellent communication and writing skills for presenting findings to diverse audiences.
• Ability to engage and manage relationships with military and civilian stakeholders.
