Outbound Sales Consultant – Training & Development

About the role

We are seeking an experienced outbound sales professional to promote a portfolio of professional training and mentoring programmes. This fully remote, self‑employed position offers uncapped commission and requires you to generate and close your own leads.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients for training programmes.
• Make at least 100 outbound cold calls per day to generate qualified leads.
• Engage decision‑makers, understand their training needs, and present suitable solutions.
• Convert enquiries into sales and achieve weekly performance targets.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in cold calling, lead generation, and outbound sales.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with confidence speaking to business owners.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently in a remote environment.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Residence within the United Kingdom and reliable high‑speed broadband.
