Outlet Manager - Beauty & Wellness

About the role

London Weight Management, a provider of weight management solutions, is hiring a full-time Outlet Manager in Singapore. The manager oversees the daily operations of a beauty outlet and leads a team of Consultants and Therapists to meet sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the beauty outlet to ensure smooth and efficient business performance.
• Lead, coach, motivate and develop a team of Consultants and Therapists to achieve individual and outlet sales targets.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare action plans and drive revenue growth.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer feedback professionally.
• Ensure all staff comply with company SOPs, service standards and hygiene protocols.
• Conduct regular staff training, performance coaching and performance evaluations.
• Manage staff scheduling, attendance and manpower planning.
• Monitor inventory levels, perform stock control and minimise stock discrepancies.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or outlet management, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations effectively.
• Flexibility to work weekends and retail hours.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
