Outlet Manager – Restaurant Operations

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to lead our restaurant outlet in Singapore. The role focuses on driving sales, ensuring operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage overall outlet operations to meet business objectives and profitability.
• Drive sales performance, control costs, and optimize resource utilization.
• Maintain high standards of service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Recruit, train, develop and lead a high‑performing team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, food safety, workplace safety and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee inventory, cash handling and asset management with strong financial controls.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional departments to support business initiatives and operational excellence.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• At least 10 years of F&B operations experience, with a minimum of 8 years in a managerial role.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with customers, staff and stakeholders.
• Experience in Fujian or Cantonese cuisine operations is an advantage.
• Proven leadership, people‑management and coaching capabilities.
• Strong business acumen, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
