Overseas Product & Growth Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Overseas Product & Growth Operations Specialist to drive the growth and continuous improvement of our Chinese language learning app. The role bridges product, technology, design, marketing and overseas operations teams to enhance user engagement, retention and conversion across international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, organise and analyse user feedback, reviews and usage data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Define product requirements and create clear documentation for development teams.
• Coordinate with product, technology and design teams to track development, testing and release timelines.
• Monitor product updates, conduct post‑release reviews and support enhancement projects.
• Track key product and business metrics such as engagement, retention, course completion and conversion.
• Prepare regular reports and ad‑hoc analyses to inform product and business decisions.
• Support A/B testing, evaluate results and recommend product refinements.
• Assist in growth initiatives including user acquisition, lifecycle optimisation, membership programmes, rewards and referral mechanisms.
• Plan and execute product campaigns, monitor performance and suggest improvements.
• Support App Store optimisation and ASO activities.

Required profile

• Proactive, analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Interest in Chinese language, education and culture.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
• Comfortable handling both data‑driven tasks and stakeholder communication.

Required skills

• Data analysis and reporting.
• A/B testing methodology.
• App Store optimisation (ASO) basics.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management.
