Painter – Construction & Surface Finishing

About the role

We are seeking skilled painters to join our construction projects across Singapore. The role involves preparing and finishing surfaces on walls, ceilings, doors and other structures, ensuring high‑quality results that meet project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare walls, ceilings, doors and other surfaces before painting.
• Clean, scrape, sand and repair cracks or damaged areas.
• Apply primer, paint and protective coatings using brushes, rollers or spray equipment.
• Mix and match paint colours according to project specifications.
• Protect floors, fittings and surrounding areas before work begins.
• Inspect finished surfaces and perform touch‑ups as needed.
• Use painting tools, access equipment and materials safely.
• Maintain workmanship quality, site cleanliness and safety standards.
• Complete assigned tasks according to schedules and quality requirements.

Required profile

• Practical experience in painting and surface preparation.
• Knowledge of paints, coatings, preparation methods and painting tools.
• Ability to work safely on construction sites.
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Responsible, safety‑conscious and committed to quality workmanship.
• Relevant construction training or certification is an advantage.
