Part-time Event Assistant

About the role

Support event planning and execution by developing proposals, coordinating with service providers, and managing customer interactions to deliver successful event experiences. The role is part‑time and offers a monthly salary of SGD 10‑12. You will work islandwide across Singapore, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors. The position requires a professional appearance and adherence to housekeeping standards during events.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute events to meet client objectives and timelines
• Develop proposals and creative concepts to enhance event engagement
• Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to ensure seamless event delivery
• Assist event producers by sourcing and evaluating quotations for services and supplies
• Schedule appointments, manage registrations, and process payments to support event logistics
• Deliver excellent customer service to foster positive client and attendee experiences
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold housekeeping standards during events
• Participate in internal training to enhance skills related to event activities
